Information you choose to share
When you contact me, I receive the information you voluntarily provide—such as your name, contact details and the description of your requirement. I use it to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable next steps and complete agreed work.
Sensitive information
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, banking credentials or unnecessary identity documents. If a project later requires access or information, we will first agree on an appropriate and limited way to handle it.
Public sharing
Your enquiry, project details or community information will not be published as a testimonial, case study or public post without your permission.
Services used for communication
WhatsApp, email and external links have their own privacy and data-handling policies. When you use them, those providers’ terms also apply.
Necessary disclosure
Information may be shared when necessary to provide an agreed service with your knowledge, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect against fraud, abuse or harm. Information is not collected for resale.
