Working Terms

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Before work begins

I first understand the requirement and confirm whether I can responsibly help. The scope, amount, next steps and relevant delivery expectations are privately agreed in writing before substantial work begins.

Scope and changes

Work covers the agreed scope. New requests, major revisions or unrelated support are treated as a separate scope and discussed before they begin.

Updates, delivery and support

I provide reasonable updates during the work. Handover, deployment and follow-up support are handled according to the private agreement. If something is not right, tell me—I will fix issues that fall within the agreed scope.

Capacity

If I am at capacity, I will tell you rather than accept a project and let it sit without progress.

Beginner guidance

Guidance is one focused conversation around an immediate difficulty unless an extension is separately discussed. It is not unlimited WhatsApp support, a complete curriculum, professional coaching or a placement programme.

Outcomes

No business result, job, placement, referral, income, learning result or other outcome is guaranteed. Suggestions are based on the information available and the final decisions remain with the client or learner.

Community and external opportunities

Community posts are generated by members unless clearly marked as curated. Verify jobs, referrals, organisations and external links independently. Misleading, abusive or harmful posts may be removed, but appearing in the group does not constitute an endorsement.

Referrals

If a relevant product or programme includes a benefit to me, that relationship will be disclosed when the recommendation is made.
